Should we have New Year’s Resolutions? How about a set of Goals for 2018? A Bucket list? Is this just a bandwagon thing, or can it actually be helpful?
I’ve come up with a list of 10 things I want to do, explore, work on, enjoy during the coming year. Maybe I am already doing it (like reading), but want to focus a little more time in that direction. Maybe the item falls more on the why haven’t I done this already (learning the geography of our country, anyone)? Maybe it’s a dream thing . . .
I’m thinking it might be nice to have a list to refer to during the year to see what I’m up to, or what I could be accomplishing while I’m sitting on the couch scrolling through Pinterest (no wait, I love doing that!).
1. Spice up my exercise routine.
2. Add more healthy eating.
3. Take cooking classes.
4. Learn U. S. geography.
5. Travel.
6. Pay off house.
7. Make more time for reading.
8. Learn a new language.
9. Take a muay thai class.
10. Love more.
Whether you are a list maker or not, I hope you have a fantastically you 2018!
